2-day Grof Breathwork March Workshop $500

Journey Inward with Grof® Breathwork

We are hosting a weekend dedicated to exploring the breath - our medicine. Grof® Breathwork is a safe and natural method of tapping into the internal wisdom that supports healing and self-exploration.

With a beautiful vista that includes acres of meadow and a view of the mountains, our Springbank location offers a peaceful space to retreat for the weekend while enjoying the convenience of Calgary. 

Participation is limited, as we're welcoming an intimate group of 16. 

Earlybird registration is available before February 12, 2024, where the fee is $450. After this date, it is $500.

Your Weekend Includes:

• A Full Grof® Breathwork Experience: you'll participate in 2 Grof® Breathwork sessions, once as a sitter and once as a breather. 
• Healthy Meals and Refreshments: We provide 2 lunches, 1 dinner, and a selection of snacks and tea: all crafted to support your wellbeing and energy throughout the weekend. Any dietary restrictions mindfully honoured.
• Opening and Closing Circles: Join our connection circles for preparation, integration and reflection, often the most loved portions of the retreat experience. 
• Mandala Drawing: this practice supports our integration process (supplies provided).
• Pre & Post-Retreat Support: We offer two online introductory sessions before the weekend and a post-retreat online meeting for group integration and support.
